Introduction for different printings
There are many types of printing processes on denim fabrics, and each process has its own unique characteristics and application scenarios.
Printing process types and characteristics
screen/paste printing : Use a good proportion of color paste, through the round mesh or flat mesh will print the design on the denim fabric. Adhesive printing has good coverage, thick pattern, bright and full color, but hard feel and smooth surface, suitable for small area patterns, large area patterns may appear stuffy

watermark printing : It works similar to dyeing, with different colors applied to different areas of the garment depending on the pattern. Watermark printing breathable and light, soft feel, with a slight matte feeling, more comfortable, but the coverage is weak, suitable for the pursuit of nostalgic effect or to do the old feeling of the process
transfer printing : Dye is printed on transfer printing paper and transferred to the textile by heat or cold action. Transfer printing technology bright colors, distinct layers, energy saving and environmental protection, suitable for polyester fabrics and cotton
hand printing : including relief printing and stencil printing. Letterpress printing by the stencil engraving pattern, the use of Yin and Yang surface rubbing on the denim fabric; Stencil printing is the use of different materials to carve the stencil pattern, and then on the fabric to the stencil areas scratched and painted. Manual printing cost is low, can reflect the originality of the designer, but the efficiency is low, the output and quality are uneven
freehand : Using dyes or pigments to create and draw on denim clothing to form a unique decorative effect. Hand painting can be based on the application of brushes or different tools, using outline, flat paint, splash and other strokes, to add a unique artistic atmosphere to the cowboy clothing
puff/foam printing : with strong three-dimensional, wear-resistant, washable characteristics, suitable for cotton, polyester, chemical fiber denim and man-made fiber fabrics. Foaming printing feels soft and elastic, but excessive foaming agent will affect the color fastness
Applicable scenarios and effects
glue printing suitable for less friction parts, such as back full offset printing.
